1. About Us
This website is operated by Dario Scirè Scappuzzo (operating under the trade name Piano Flow Legacy), an independent professional registered in Belgium. Our registered office is located at 107 Chaussée du Roi Baudouin, 7030 Saint-Symphorien, and our company/VAT number is Be1039.167.829. 2. Original Method and Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on this platform—including but not limited to the piano method, video lessons, audio recordings, texts, graphics, arrangements, and sheet music—is 100% original and the exclusive intellectual property of the website owner. All rights are strictly reserved worldwide under international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access the content and download the provided PDF sheet music solely for your own private, personal piano practice. You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, selling, copying, sharing, or publishing any of our PDFs, videos, or course materials online or offline. Any unauthorized use or sharing will result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action for copyright infringement.
3. Subscriptions, Pricing and Premium Services
We offer access to our piano courses through two subscription tiers:
* Standard Plan: $49 per month or $490 per year. This plan grants access to the piano method, lessons, instructional videos, and downloadable PDF sheets.
* Premium Plan: $99 per month or $990 per year. In addition to the Standard Plan content, Premium members are entitled to submit up to two (2) video recordings of their piano practice per calendar month to receive personalized feedback. Unused video submissions do not roll over to the next month.
All subscriptions are billed in US Dollars (USD). By subscribing, you agree to an automatic recurring billing cycle matching your chosen plan (monthly or annual). You can cancel your automatic renewal at any time directly through your account settings or the Lemon Squeezy billing portal.
All payments, invoicing, and subscription billing cycles are processed and managed securely by our third-party partner, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms and conditions.
4. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate, unrestricted access to our piano lessons, videos, and downloadable PDF files, all sales are final. We do not offer any refunds, credits, or prorated billing for partial months or years under any circumstances. In accordance with European and Belgian consumer laws regarding digital content, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the service, you explicitly request the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose and waive your right of withdrawal (right to a 14-day refund period).
5. Account Security and Prohibited Sharing
Your account and login credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable. Simultaneous logins from multiple locations or sharing your account details with third parties is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice or refund, if we detect any unauthorized account sharing.
6. Teacher Affiliate Program
If you participate in our Teacher Affiliate Program, you explicitly agree to the following terms:
* Third-Party Management: Our affiliate program is entirely hosted, tracked, and managed by our third-party partner, Lemon Squeezy, LLC.
* Independent Status: You operate strictly as an independent contractor or business entity. You are not an employee of Piano Flow Legacy. You are solely and exclusively responsible for declaring your earnings and paying any applicable income taxes, social security, or local taxes in your country of residence.
* Payouts & Invoicing: All tracking, commission calculations, invoicing, and monthly payouts are handled directly by Lemon Squeezy, LLC in accordance with their own Affiliate Terms. We hold no liability or responsibility for payout delays, tracking errors, or tax withholdings managed by their platform.
7. Community Chat and User Conduct
If you access our student chat or community features, you agree to use them solely for educational and respectful interactions related to piano practice. You are strictly prohibited from posting unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or promotional content (spam). We do not pre-screen user messages, but we reserve the right to monitor the chat and remove any content or suspend/terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you violate these conduct rules. You remain solely responsible for the content you post in the chat.
Detailed rules of conduct are defined in our separate Community Guidelines page. Any violation of those guidelines is considered a material breach of these Terms of Service and will lead to the same suspension or termination penalties without refund.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any legal disputes or claims arising from the use of our services or participation in our programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mons, Belgium.
