  • Account & Profile Information: When you register, we collect your name, username, and email to create your LearnDash student profile.
  • Community & Chat Data: We use the Better Messages plugin to provide real-time chat functionalities. All chat messages, media attachments, and timestamps are processed and stored directly inside our own self-hosted WordPress database.

3. Third-Party Payment Processor (Merchant of Record)

Payments are securely processed by our partner, Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Lemon Squeezy acts as the legal seller (Merchant of Record) for our products.

  • They collect and handle your billing details, credit card information, tax calculations, and transaction history.
  • Their data processing is governed by the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy. We do not store your financial or credit card information on our servers.

4. Data Retention

  • Course and Profile Data: Kept as long as your account or subscription is active.
  • Chat Messages: Chat logs remain in our database to ensure historical continuity for the community. However, you can request the erasure of your profile and data at any time.

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): Request that we permanently delete your account, LearnDash profile, and associated Better Messages chat history.
